My journey to Authentic Leadership Identity Framework™

lLeadership has been at the center of my professional life for more than 15 years.

I have led international teams, scaled businesses across Europe and South America, managed complex transformations, and navigated the realities of leadership in high-performance environments.

Throughout my corporate career, I was fascinated by one question:

Why do some leaders create trust, engagement and lasting impact, while others, despite having expertise and authority, struggle to inspire people to follow them?

Over time, I realized that the answer rarely lies in skills alone.

The most effective leaders do not simply know what to do.

They know who they are.

This insight became the foundation of my work and ultimately led to the creation of the Authentic Leadership Identity Framework™ – a methodology designed to help leaders strengthen the connection between identity, presence and impact.

Today, I work with leaders and organizations navigating growth, complexity and transformation.

I help them move beyond role-based leadership and develop the self-awareness, clarity and inner alignment required to lead with confidence, authenticity and influence.

My belief is simple:

Leadership does not begin with position, authority or performance.

It begins with identity.

And when leaders learn to lead from within, they create stronger cultures, deeper trust and more sustainable results.

My approach

My work is grounded in the Authentic Leadership Identity Framework™, a proprietary methodology that develops leaders across three dimensions:

 

  • Identity — Who am I as a leader?
  • Presence — How do others experience me?
  • Impact — What influence do I create?

 

The framework integrates leadership psychology, emotional intelligence, identity development, somatic awareness and ICF coaching principles.

 

At the heart of my approach is one belief:

 

Authenticity is not about becoming someone else.

It is about integrating more of who you already are.
